Our office is conveniently located at 124 W. Savidge St., Spring Lake, MI 49456, (616) 846-2330. We’re on the corner of Jackson and Savidge, right at Spring Lake’s only traffic light.

Parking is available outside the practice. Same-day appointments and walk-ins are accepted, when available.

We accept most major insurance providers, Medicare and some Medicaid. Major credit cards and HSA plans are also accepted. Please call our office for further information.
